Your host leads the group wine by wine through the country you picked: where each pour comes from, the grape behind it, and the one story worth remembering. Questions welcome, tangents encouraged, nobody quizzed.
Tasting with intention
Guests learn the simple look–smell–sip method once, early, and then use it all evening, so by the last pour everyone can say what they like and, more usefully, why they like it.
Food on purpose
Every country’s wines grew up next to its table, so pairings are part of the education, what each wine wants beside it, and how the right bite changes the same sip completely.
